Dear Supporter,
We have been asked to contact you
regarding TFL's plans to scrap the 13 bus route (Golders Green-Aldwych) without
replacement.
The 13 bus is a much-used route,
particularly for people who live near Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage, many of
whom are not able to use the tube.
It is important to note that the
scrapping of the 13 bus route would worsen the potential travel chaos at Swiss
Cottage which we believe will result from the proposed 24-storey tower (100
Avenue Road) over Swiss Cottage tube station.
We would therefore ask you to take five
minutes to fill in TFL's consultation regarding the scrapping of the 13 bus
route. The consultation closes on 10 April. Please note to preserve the 13 bus route, we would advise you to click
'oppose' in answer to question 5 of the consultation.
