Is the DWP against justice?
Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell has backed calls for former Work & Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith to face criminal charges over the deaths of disability benefit claimants.(1) It seems clear that IDS failed to take on board the findings of a coroner regarding a previous death of a vulnerable person — or should we say, 'DWP customer'?
