Transport for All campaigns for more accessible transport for disabled Londoners
Our Crossrail campaign victory last month showed that campaigning works. With that in mind, we would like to remind you about four upcoming events. Time to get your diaries out!
- Tuesday 11th November (tomorrow): Join us to support Doug Paulley's fight against FirstBus discrimination. Outside the Royal Courts of Justice for wheelchair users’ right to bus travel. Briefing at 9am, Apostrophe Café, the Strand. More info (Facebook page).
- Wednesday 12th November : Join us at City Hall for a meeting on door-to-door services (London Assembly Transport Committee Investigation into door-to-door transport). More info.
- Pan-London Mobility Forum. Join representatives from across London to hear about what transport issues are affecting the capital’s disabled and older communities. There will be a panel discussion with those who commission and design bus vehicles and tube trains. We will also look at plans for the new Crossrail. More info.
- Christmas/End of the year get-together! We're inviting members to join us for a drink after the Pan London Mobility Forum, at The Rocket pub (Euston), from 17.30. Let's celebrate Christmas and 2014's achievements.
